How do you prevent WISMO” where is my order”?
Capacity planning, reliable carriers, and accurate inventory. We send tracking quickly and keep cut‑offs realistic so customers aren’t left guessing.
What about returns?
We quote per unit inspected. Goal #1: put as much as possible back into sellable inventory. This is always a custom quote.
Do you have minimums?
No, we believe each brand has the potential to scale up. Our initial customers started with fewer than 200 orders a month, and they now ship over 10k orders per month, so we believe. Each operator should have access to a 3PL at the beginning of their e-commerce journey. We do have a monthly minimum billing of $250 to cover overheads.
Do you integrate with Shopify and Amazon?
Yes, of course. As a warehousing and fulfillment services provider, our warehouse management system, ShipHero, streamlines the opportunity to offer you 150+ integrations via which you can be connected to any marketplace and platform.
Do you offer Amazon FBA Prep services?
Yes, our fulfillment service offers Amazon FBA prep services and delivers FBM orders. Our team prepares orders for your Amazon account and sends them to Amazon.

Currently, we offer fulfillment services at two locations in the US:

What storage options does your warehouse offer?
At ZenoShip, we offer Bin, Shelf, and Pallet storage on our 24,000 sq. ft. floor space, ensuring that we manage your inventory and fulfill your needs.
Is there a limit to how many SKUs you can store?
At our fulfillment company, you can store as many SKUs as you want, but usually, a large variety of SKUs in the warehouse requires more account managers. It will eventually become costly for a company.
Is there a minimum charge that I have to pay, such as a subscription?
To assist you as much as we can, we do not have a monthly subscription fee yet our minimum billing stands at $250/month.
How can I send you my goods for delivery?
We follow a seamless and structured pathway to help you. You can either email us, book a call, or text us on WhatsApp; soon, our team will connect you with our warehouse manager to offer you the required fulfillment services.
How long is your onboarding process?
Our warehouse team takes 48 hours to create sheets, integrate your system with our WMS, and schedule a Zoom session the next day.
